Well folks – it’s nearly the end of the 2nd Lockdown and I can’t wait to get back normal – although I’ve forgotten what normal is!! Here in Hertfordshire, we have been placed in Tier 2 – so there are still lots of restrictions!
However, as a Private Tutor it means I can return to tutoring face to face – with COVID-19 restrictions in place! That means having a separate table, with wipe clean cloth, for my students, each student has their own zippy wallet with their pencil, book and other things that are unique to them. As a tutor, I will be wearing a face covering at all times and providing hand gel for before and after each session. After each student has left, everything will be thoroughly cleaned with anti-bacterial spray before the next student attends.
But why not give online tuition a try? I use this A-MAZE-ING learning platform called Bitpaper which has a shared whiteboard alongside a video/chat facility. Games, Activities, and Video links can all be uploaded to make online learning exciting and interesting!! All you need is a decent laptop/computer with internet access and you’re all set!!
