Our Background

“Learn with LEAFy” is all about helping primary aged pupils to enhance their learning through activities and fun. LEAFy is an acronym for LEARNING…..EDUCATION…..ACTIVE…..FUN……….. !

Learn with LEAFy is intended to provide one to one support and small group tutoring in KS1 and KS2 with the focus on making learning fun, active and most importantly tailor made to suit your child’s individual learning needs.

In addition to this Learn with LEAFy will also be teaching young children phonics – beginning with Phase 1.

Times Tables with Paper Plates

The DfES (UK Government) has introduced a new National Assessment in Year 4 (Key Stage 2) for Multiplications Tables Check, involving each child to recall all their times tables and related facts, e.g. division, in just a few seconds. My video's are all about learning times tables in a fun way using a variety of everyday items. This video is all about Paper Plates and how to use them to learn your tables.
